VIS-Check analyses vehicle efficiency and roadworthiness using advanced vehicle inspection technology meeting regulatory authority standards for road registration requirements.

The VIS-Check tests vehicle brake force, brake balance and deceleration to determine braking performance and efficiency , rolling resistance to identify unnecessary wear and drag, and axle weight. All data can be downloaded to a windows based computer and stored in a database for further analysis.

The VIS-Check is fully transportable and can be used above ground or in ground installation. The system is used above ground in conjunction with aluminum ramps.

The dynamic road simulator allows the operator to quickly diagnose and inspect steering and suspension components throughout the vehicle. King pins, bearings, suspension bushings, cab mounts, tie rods and all other undercarriage components can be quickly inspected.
